The large and well decorated 1 bedroom suites were above and beyond expectations! Each room represented a film star! My husband and I stayed in the Al Pacino suite and my son stayed in the Sophia Lauren. We couldn't get the fireplace working in the Al Pacino suite, the 2 person Jacuzzi was amazing for a romantic evening with my husband! We will be back! The local is bit out of the way if you want to be near downtown.. However the area has some great attractions of its own, like Splitsville a bowling/arcade place for the kids or for adults who want some old fashioned fun (serves alcohol & good food) SilverCity theater is close by as well. Upper Stoney Creek has a Walmart and plenty of grocery stores, banks, etc. All in all I would 💯% recommend this Hotel! Oh and it has a great bar/restaurant as well. Awesome food.

It's only 10 because it's best in Hamilton but not the world, We suck in Hamilton bad. Pool needs a clean, the hot tub being removed at some point very sad but the pool was warm. Hot Free coffee and laundry! $9 for a bag of chips is a bit much. Wine and beer and food. The best motel food but very high cost with cheep kid meal options and good size meals.

Room, lobby and hallways were very clean. All staff were kind and courteous, very welcoming. Nicely decorated. The second floor coffee bar is great ! Very good breakfast in the restaurant. Also many restaurants in the area, and conveniently located.

the staff from the check in to the chamber maids, all very friendly and very welcoming and accommodating. The free coffee at 4:00 AM (lol), when restaurant not open yet. The Baci restaurant staff as well were very friendly and accommodating as well, a special thank you to Nikitat at the front desk and Eva in the restaurant. The restaurant is lucky to have a server at only 20 years old as cheerful, and helpful as you. Thank you for finding a way for the lone of the wine stopper for my bottle of sparkling water to bring back to the room. Food was amazing , hats off to the chef. A huge thank you to the hotel and restaurant staff for making the 2 day stay for my nieces wedding a stress free and pleasant stay for myself and my family. It was 1 less thing to stress about for the bride and for this we are grateful. A++++++ For customer service and property quality. I will definitely recommend your property to others if traveling to the Hamilton area. Joan Miller

The rooms are all named after someone and displayed some of their works and pictures. I thought this was unique and definitely different from most hotels. I was spectacle about the restaurant on the main floor but it exceeded expectations and was very tasty. I would definitely visit here again if I was every in the area.

The staff were very friendly. They even had a relaxing area set up on the roof to see the eclipse. It was awesome. Finally the gentleman at the restaurant was great. We chatted for a bit and he was the one that told us about the rooftop area.
